Jonatha Brooke Cuts “Love Is A Battlefield” At Grand Street Recording

Williamsburg’s Grand Street Recording recently hosted Jonatha Brooke recording and mixing “Love Is A Battlefield” for an iTunes single release.

Grand Street owner and producer/engineer/musician Ken Rich engineered the sessions, with assistance from Tomek Miernowski. Check out the song HERE!

NYC soul-pop singer/songwriter Morley has been working on a new record at Grand Street, with Rich engineering and Miernowski assisting. Musicians playing on the new album include James Genus, Gene Lake, Rocky Bryant, Dave Eggar, Joan Wasser.

Rich is also producing/engineering a new record with singer/songwriter Mike Errico and a band that includes drummer Ethan Eubanks, bassist Jeff Hill, pedal steel guitarist Bruce Kaphan. Additionally, Rich reports that Andrew Sherman is supplying beautiful string arrangements.

Finally, local rockers The Madison Square Gardeners are working on their new record and have tracked some of their songs at Grand Street Recording.
