Queens-based Zeitgeist Sound Studios contributed to five Latin Grammy wins for Calle 13’s album Los De Atras Vienen Conmigo, sweeping the awards ceremony.
Calle 13
This second collaboration with Zeitgeist Sound Studios chief mastering engineer James Cruz has won the “Album of the Year” award, as well as “Record of the Year”, “Best Urban Music Album”, “Best Alternative Song” and “Best Short Form Music Video”.
Calle 13’s previous album, also mastered by Cruz, Residante O Visitante garnered a Grammy for Best Latin Urban Album and a Latin Grammy for Best Urban Album in 2007.
