Full-Service Post Boutique Goodpenny Launches

Goodpenny, a full-service post boutique, has launched in NYC. The company is an artist-owned collective of composers, editors, designers, visual effects artists and content developers, with the goal of producing and delivering compelling cross-platform content.

Composer Andrew Hollander is a co-founder of Goodpenny.

The collective is headed up by composer Andrew Hollander (Waitress, A Child’s Garden of Poetry), music video/concert film/commercial editor Bruce Ashley (Bob Dylan, Madonna, Bruce Springsteen, Pearl Jam, U2, AT&T, Miller Beer), and EP John Cline (Curious Pictures, Nitro USA, Fallon New York, JWT, Optic Nerve).

Their talent roster includes the previously-London-based editor Kate Owen (Johnny Walker, Levi’s, Chivas, McDonald’s), editor/sound designer Jon Simon Smalheiser (REM, Neil Young, Rage Against The Machine Spike Lee, Michael Moore, Visa), comedy editor Pete Fritz, storyteller/VFX editor Sarra Idris.

They are also joined by composer/producer David Wolfert (ESPN, NBC, HBO, Whitney Houston, Elton John), and creative director Rodd Chant (Foot Cone and Belding, NY; Publicis, Singapore; BBDO, Singapore and McCann-Erickon, Sydney).

Goodpenny is collaborating with agencies, production companies, film studios, brands, artists and filmmakers, “with the goal of producing creative and original work.”
