cmj09bestbuylogoThe CMJ Music Marathon continues today, with over 75 panels, music business legal seminars and mentoring sessions going on during the day at the Kimmel Center, and shows all night in venues all over Manhattan and Brooklyn. SonicScoop will be participating in sessions at the Kimmel Center and spending a lot of time in loud rock venues over the next few days. See below for schedule highlights:

Today, SonicScoop’s David Weiss will lead a Mentor Session on Music Publishing & Licensing, taking place in Room 909 at the Kimmel Center, from 12:30 – 1:45. Sign-up is required for the mentoring sessions; if you’d like to sign up for one of five 10-minute one-on-one mentoring sessions with Weiss, email Mentor@cmj.com and put the session title in the subject of the email.
